Absolutely dreadful. The organisers had clearly sold too many tickets as it was packed which made moving around with children difficult (and very dangerous). The main area could easily have turned into a crush zone given the volume of people and the wet ground. There were also cables across the ground (very dangerous) and the firework display area was soaked; people were slipping/tripping and one poor lady in front of us fell and (it looked like) broke her leg. I’ve no idea how an ambulance crew would have got to her. Organisers: please do sell so many tickets for such a small site. Definitely the worst display I have ever been to-would never return.

My children have disabilities and there were no concessions. It was cramped, with too many people and not enough facilities including not enough toilets, food and drink facilities with large ques.

Great night, the odd glitch but overall firework display was excellent. Prices for the fair rides etc were a little high. Great night overall will definitely go again next year.

The event was an absolute shambles. Funfair rides were so expensive. £5 per child for hook the duck, for a very low quality price. The fun house slide was border line a health and safety issue, as it was wet from the rain and nobody maintaining this.
The fireworks that were meant to start at 6.30 started at 6.50 and lasted less than ten minutes! Such a disappointment and feel so ripped off.

There were way too many tickets sold for this event, it was overcrowded and no one could move. The queues for food and drinks stalls were insanely long and then some ran out of food once we got to the front.

The fireworks were disappointing, the second display lasted all of 8 minutes and they couldn’t be seen fully as the rides were in the way.

Far too busy, roads are dark and a nightmare. Coaches made it impossible to leave. Left half way through, to find the display looked better from the main road, where you don't need to pay.

Over crowded, queuinggor ages. Baby in pushchair getting trampled on. Buses not very frequent and ended up having to walk back with small kids in tow. Firework display didn’t even last very long.

The organisation was a shambles.
The shuttles from the Park and Ride were not continual as was stated on social media. The buses did stop and when we asked about when they were going to be running again we were told not until 7:45pm, when you have a 2 year old and expected a 'continual' service we had to pay for a taxi back to the park and ride. Even having the park and ride it didn't negate the terrible parking issue all the way down the street.
The venue felt massively over capacity, it was incredibly packed where it was difficult to move around or even see what was there. Every ride and food/drink queue was huge and we ended up not buying anything at all because of this. The 'fair' didn't have a single ride suitable for a 2 year old, just a small round about thing would have been great.
The fireworks started 20 minutes late due to a stuck van which is just poor organisation, we originally planned to stay for both sets of fireworks but after the first set starting so late, nowhere to sit and nothing to entertain a toddler we got out of dodge and decided to leave. It was very disappointing, not family friendly and absolutely would not go back again.

Far too many people were allowed in, not enough space, could not freely move around . Fireworks were disappointing and late. Everything cost a ridiculous amount, you expect inflated prices, but this event was ridiculous. We won’t be attending with our little one again

Didn’t feel safe, far too many people crammed into a small venue. Was very uncomfortable. Late firework display, busses blocking exit route out. Was not well organised.
