There we more issues with the pizza van. Waited over 40 minutes for food only to be advised the ovens were not working and food would be refunded.
Firework display was late and very short compared to other venues I have visited previously.
Shame as love the club.

Too crowded, not organised properly, not enough viewing space

Far too crowded and the queues for the bar and food stalls were ridiculous meaning we never got a drink or anything to eat, the food was a rip off anyway at £9.50 for a burger!, no hot dogs or jacket potatoes available, far too many people crammed into such a small area, i would not go again
On the plus side the fireworks were pretty good

Event was oversold and tickets weren’t even scanned.

Far too many people jammed in to a small area, and fireworks started late twice! Massive queues whatever you went to - bars, food stalls and toilets. Oh and parking was a huge problem

Thr venue was so poorly tight in space making it unsuitable for children. Two large buses placed in driveway entrance meaning tight access walking past them them people entering late on meany it was unsafe with no lighting. 1st firework display was not advertised as for children and was late by 20 minutes with no explanation so we left as it only lady some 5 minutes then the next display took place 10 minutes later which we had to take in from the street. The load guy on wheel activity was far to loud to the point he was soooo annoying! Food was nice but expensive.

My family and I were so disappointed this year. From the very long wait with only two coaches on to get to venues, which made us at least 45 mins late and arriving at 6:15 we went to make our way straight to standing to get a space for fireworks, we’ll this was a shambles it was full to capacity you couldn’t even get in the forecourt. I had a 4 and 7 year old child with everyone so tall staring over them it was intimidating and cramped. My husband had to carry out 7 year old in crippling back pain and I had my 4 year old. The delay was ridiculous lots of children crying as they has waited so long already. The 6:30 session started over 20m late which meant only a short run before the next. So many people in the crowd were unbelievably disappointed, fed up and trying to cheat children up! The fireworks once on my children enjoyed but my husband and I struggled holding two children so they could see a tiny bit!! We left straight away to get the coach to which was an even bigger queue to go back so we had to walk to get home quicker with a very tired two children, so unfair on them!! I then had to go and fetch my car as it was all the way at park and ride!! Nothing flowed it was so cramped you couldn’t even go on a ride or treat the children! It became about cramping everyone in and making money not the experience and two upset children! I think there will be a lot of refund requests and very disappointed families who wanted a nice experience which not many seemed to get. Unorganised chaos and just not fair when you want a nice family evening out! All in all very disappointed!!

The viewing area wasn't big enough and the fair stalls blocked it. The fireworks were OK but not amazing

A great rugby club but unfortunately it was extremely overcrowded. Way too many people were let in. We could barely move or get near to a kiosk to get a drink. The fireworks were over very quickly and were not very good. Overall we didn’t enjoy the night and wouldn’t go again. Sorry for the bad review.

So so crowded, which meant even walking round really difficult let alone with a pushchair. Really loud music from one ride that just took over the whole place! Last year there was a smaller child ride, but this year seemed to be only for big kids. Ques for food and drink were ridiculous. We purposely went late so we didn’t have to wait around for long for the fireworks for them to be 15 mins late and lasted all of 5 minutes! Took family with us as we said it would be good, but was rubbish and embarrassed we even took them along!
