Organisers should visit a fake fest and see how they organise their Queue free bars using a token system and one team pouring and one team serving.
Sound control booth needs to be placed at least 40 mtrs from front of stage to get the full sound effect so they can assist the musicians not at the side. Some bands didn’t sound great and could have done with that but of help.
That said I’d go again!

With the music from the vip tent you could hardly hear the stage music that was disappointing and not playing the last set. The drinks were overpriced 2 small bottles of smirnoff ice I was charged £12 and the drinks were warm aslo most of the drink had ran out hours before the end so queuing for 45 mins to be told they hadn't got anything was annoying and you couldn't bring in your own. There wasn't many food venues either so the wait to be served was also long. Overall the day was ok but could have been better organised.

Better organisation of the bar/service required. Missed a few sets due to waiting in line for the bar. Bar staff had no clue hiw to work behind a bar!
Awesome music and atmosphere even though the weather was poor.
Overall a great day out.

Only issue was how long the queues were for bars and food. We were spending 40 minutes queuing every time we wanted food or a drink!

Where to start? An hour q to get to the bar, serving staff had no idea what they were doing as very young. Many people went to the local pub a mile away for a drink and then snook drinks in as the beer on draft ran out 4 hours after opening but we were not allowed to take our own in, so climbed thru hedges with it just to be able to have a drink from 5pm. Beer overpriced at £6 a pint and £5 for a bottle, £2 for a can of pop or water. Only 3 food stalls, but no burgers hotdogs etc all street food, also overpriced a 45 minute q and also ran out of food as not enough vendors for the event. On the positive the bands were amazing and put on a great show and the atmosphere was great, even when It poured it down everyone was dancing in the rain. Toilet facilities also good, there were plenty and hardly a wait and were relatively clean seeing as they were portaloos. Not to sure why the men decided to use the hedges. What could have been an amazing event was a shambles due to lack of organisation and not enough food stalls or drink facilities for the amount of people expected. They knew how many people were attending due to advanced ticket sales so there was no excuse for lack of bad infrastructure and planning. The vip area was so loud you could not hear the acts on stage. The headline act did not turn up and there was nobody to speak to/complain to - needs to be dramatically improved for future events. What sort of compensation will they be giving for this farce of a day that at £33 a ticket was not worth the money

Paid extra for VIP tickets, to be sat where you couldn't see the stage, the noise from the DJ meant that you couldnt hear either the music from the tent, nor rhe music from the stage, just a very loud load of nothing! The VIP also provided a tiny bar with a queue for an hour long, only 2 grim toilets, and a couple of old pub benches.
The bar was outrageously expensive, £6 for a pint of warm Carling 🤮!!! Everything apart from the cider ran out by about 7pm food offerings were also pretty poor.
The bands were all amazing though. Should have just paid for a basic ticket, and sat in the main field. Poorly thought out, even more poorly executed.

Queue at the bar for drinks and for food was over an hour then, they then ran out of both. Customers were not allowed to bring either in so went thirsty and hungry. The vip tent music drowned out the acts, those who stayed thirsty to see the kasabian cover band were disappointed when they didn’t come on. Shocking organisation, planning and execution.

Great music, poor venue location with poor transport links. Poor organisation regarding food and drink, 1.1/2 hours queuing! Then for it to run out........ Should have allowed to bring your own food at the very least as the choices were poor and had run out by 6pm. We were disappointed that Kazabian couldn't play due to a flooded stage, but this again should have had thought about seeing as rain was forecasted.

We enjoyed the music, but the organisation of the event needs working on.

Music absolutely fantastic , venue great. Downside... prices of drinks and food complete rip off
Drinks ran out early doors so did food,
Queued over an hour each time for a drink so missed a lot of the acts
Dj in tent was too loud so couldn't hear the bands that were playing.
The whole thing was poorly ran not enough bars and food kiosks.
And to top it off the headline act didnt even perform they were cancelled that morning!!! Absolute joke. I would ask for a refund for the 5 tickets i bought but doubt even that could be organised correctly.

The music was brilliant and the venue was good. The bar service was poor, far too slow and running out of drinks. Bottle bars would have been a good option or having pints lined up ready to pass over. There were no funfair rides or fireworks which were advertised and definitely not enough food vendors. Some improvements need to be made for next time.

The actually event was good fun but the organisation was chaos. There was long queues, where I waited over an hour a time for a drink. Towards the evening drinks were running out and the food vans ran out of food. No water points, when asked for At**ter was told I needed to pay.

Unfortunately didn’t see / hear much music as most of time spent queuing for drinks (30-40 minutes each wait). Not enough bar staff, poor signage for which queue to use, & lack of communication (prior to & during event). Booked tickets in anticipation of seeing Kazabian… well, that was a non-event!
Suggest the event organisers stick to in-house events.
