Over an hour wait for food/drink is ridiculous!!! Not enough on sale for the amount of people. The queues for everything was insane. The rides music was blaring during the firework display as well.

The venue was appalling & here's why:
Paid £9 to get in - pisstake.
Queued for 45 minutes to get fish & chips, but no fish, no sausage & only chips as they ran out early.
Certain alcoholic drinks ran out early.
No announcement to say when the fireworks were starting.
Not enough food stalls.
Not enough bars.
The ONLY good thing about the night was the singer - she was awesome.
Fireworks were mediocre - I can go to Fairlands for free & see the same thing!
I arrived early, no running water in the toilets or handsoap - utter disgusting. I reported this 3 times, as did others & nothing changed the whole night.
I will NEVER go there again for fireworks night.
Complete shambles & others were all saying the same.

The live music wasnât live music. It was a live solo singer. Everything was over priced. There was no marshmallow toasting. There was way too many people there and not enough things to do. The only good part was the actual fireworks that I could of seen for free from across the road.

Far too many people for the venue.
Queues for food and drink beyond ridiculous.
Unable to leave venue within a sensible time frame, took over 30 minutes to get out.

The tickets were more expensive than advertised on the poster, there was no clear idea what time the fireworks were onâ¦when they did start, there was no countdown or music, seemed to be quite unplanned. The fireworks were really good - but only lasted 15 mins which seems quite short for the ticket price.

If youâre comparing it to the good old days when value for money was a consideration and a roaring bonfire, communication with the paying public to let them know what was happening to build the excitement and general happiness prevailed, it was nowhere. But in this day and age, it was ok and you just about got away with it

The fireworks were supposed to start at 8:30 as per the email I received confirming this but they started at 7:45 they only lasted 15 mins and for the price there and the amount of people there was not enough space or food trucks/drink stations. There was like 4 games areas that was it. Absolutely shocked at the event
