Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
The horror walk was fabulous. The actors were very good and really did a great job.
Fair ground could have done with some more rides.
We went with young children so did the 4-6pm slot. It was fun but for adults entering that time really should not be paying the full price of £27 each.

So the actual hotel was amazing the actors fantastic but the massive let down was how quick it is. We arrive at 6.15pm and was leaving at 7 .. it was wayyy to short and then outside was limited and very very pricey can be made soooo much better and would recommend if those areas were addressed as the concept and staff were fabulous

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
For some reason the next party got caught up with us and this caused chaos.... People started running for the door and if I hadn't moved my girl we would have been crushed. So this was not great at all.
I think the starting age range should have been from 7 as it can get scary for kids with the noise and it could have been longer with at least a drink served as well.

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
Fab night for Halloween, the scare maze actors were brilliant, lots of scare jumps and good props. The pop up had lots to keep us entertained afterwards. Already looking forward to next years maze.

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
I visited last night and I feel like I am reviewing two different venues. Because the horror maze aspect was great. The actors were fab, I wasn't expecting them to include us in their scenes so that was a nice surprise. I read reviews saying it isn't scary and it takes alot to make me freak out so I wasn't really looking forward to it but I did get a little scared on a couple of occasions with the jump scares so it's a bit of a mixed bag with the scariness. The part that ruined the experience, was when we left the house and entered the fair. One singer on stage singing ABBA songs!?? A couple of rides, and a handful of expensive food and game stalls. The atmosphere was not trending with the halloween theme!? We would 100% have stayed longer if there were more halloween activities/music/characters walking around. It's almost as if they put all their planning into the house but they are missing a trick because people would spend alot more money if they were tempted to stay longer! Hopefully this year being the first, has been somewhat a bit of a trial run and next year they will focus on the fair at the end because that's my last memory of the night and it dampened it a bit.

Absolutely amazing !! As a Halloween lover who travels all around the UK for scare events I can honestly say this is such a strong attraction , especially for its first year ! Very storyline based but some great scares incorporated as well . Will definitely be back next year

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
Overpriced for the event ... good acting skills by the performers throughout the maze but it was slightly jumpy but for the price expected more. It felt more a family event than an adult event but the price felt it would be more adult and more scary. I would suggest creating more mazes throughout the garden as well and more intense jumps!

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
The Priory Hotel was beautiful. The actors were very good. Everything else was dire and definitely not worth the money. £8 for a portion of chips, £3 for a drink, daylight robbery!
