Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
We absolutely loved the Maze.. the acting was really good and the decorations too.. we went to the 4 till 6 session as we had younger kids and they all loved it. Highly recommended!

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
If you don't live local to Hitchin, I would not recommend coming here. There's nothing special about this event. We travelled from London to get there, our commute wasnt too bad but we did end up spending a lot more than we should have for this event. The scare maze for adults was not scary at all. There were some jump scares here and there but nothing too crazy. It was more theatre than anything else. If you have been to the london dungeons, this is very similar to that. The scare maze lasted 20-25 mins or so and then towards the end we were ushered into a field with not much to do there and having to pay extra for every activity. If you live in London, stay in London as there are fer better experiences there.

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
The Nightmare at The Priory experience was very enjoyable. The actors were brilliant and my children really enjoyed themselves, especially being picked to interact on one of the scenes. It was all very well done. The only real downside were the attractions afterwards. It was quiet, without much to do and the attractions that were there were overpriced. Otherwise I'd highly recommend the horror attraction for families - we're planning to try the scarier adult experience next time!

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
I felt that the instagram page made the event look bigger than what it was. However, we went at an early time due to the 2 hour commute there and we wanted to spend lots of time there. We wish we went later for it to be scarier. Actors were great - found them more comical than scary but again will put that down to the time we went and there being children in our group. There could be actors outdoors on the fields next time as I felt the fields were quite empty. Not the best option of food or drinks. I would return however to see the growth of the event because I felt that it had so much more potential :)
Thank you for a good night

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
The scare maze was a great experience, we went for a family friendly time slot and I'm sure it would have been even spookier in the evening. The actors were all very engaged in their work and chose well for who to engage in audience participation.
The fair at the end was a little spa**e and the prices for rides were pretty high. But we enjoyed our marshmallow toasting and pumpkin carving.

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
The festival food was massively overpriced as were the rides. The venue was amazing but the maze was dangerous lots of unlit steps to trip up and the different rooms felt disjointed, the story wasn't clear. The staff were super friendly on the whole except the churros van lady who had a bad attitude!
