They sell way to many tickets so the line for the showers are huge (should have way more showers) The toilets also have fat lines and constantly have to be fixed. Cant comment on the hair straighter area thing. Really not worth the money.

The worst experience of my life. The queues for the showers were never less than at least 2 hours if you go before 3pm. The “luxury toilets” were horrible. They wasn’t cleaned enough, they stunk and had to queue for a while. Out of the 5 cabins, 2 were always locked for no reason at all

Shower stopped working for one of the two blocks of showers while we were using them.
The person working there was told and we were left waiting half showered for more than 5 minutes. The guy came back in and shouted at us to leave, annoyed that we were still there even though we hadn’t been told to leave. Very unpleasant experience, treated with little to no respect.

Toilets smelt horrible, and no running water in the sinks.

Everyday , You have to bring your own charging lead they took £10 deposit off me which I never got back very rude people just want your money

Sadly this was a waste of money. The queue was insane and took 2 hours to get a shower when the whole point in buying the pass was to cut the queues.

The shower was no different than those already in my camp either.

Shocking toilets with most of the men's constantly closed. No running water in sinks and very low water pressure on the last day so unable to have shower. Total waste of money.

The state of the toilets were shocking to say we paid £40 extra, they weren’t kept clean and stunk. They needed up in the same condition as the standard toilets round the event. It would also be good to have another club class available to use close to the arenas to use instead of walking all the way back to the campsite to use them and then walk back

Toilets were supposed to be luxury. They were just as filthy as the portaloos. Most of the time only 2 vans out of 5 ish were open.
Showers were freezing. Queues were to be expected but the state of the toilets and showers was very disappointing. Pants socks and various other rubbish left in the showers .
I expected there to be staff helping to keep the area cleaner.

Expensive but when not going at peak times so worth it, not always hot water which was a let down but plenty of hair straighteners.

Club class luxury pass was overpriced, unorganised, underwhelming and not what it was promised to be when being offered and sold. Would not recommend or waste money there again.
