Review of 8.45 pm - Carlisle City Of Lights: Hadrian’s Wall 1900
It would’ve been better if the scaffolding and plastic were removed from the Castle. The half moon battery only had a limited space on which to project the images. Still enjoyable though - many thanks to all involved.

Could have been more of a story. It was all too quick in order to get more people in. Tickets not checked and loads of people getting in without tickets. I liked the sound and just felt it could be brilliant. You could charge a little more and have more of a narrated story then its would Be a wow.

Review of 8.45 pm - Carlisle City Of Lights: Hadrian’s Wall 1900
We went to a later show next time will probably go earlier.
Venues were good but I did prefer the first one that I went to that was inside the cathedral that was just awesome.
My family came from Yorkshire for the weekend on my recommendation and loved it

Review of 6.45pm - Carlisle City Of Lights: Hadrian’s Wall 1900
The idea behind this is great and it was lovely but for 45mins (max) it is NOT worth the £8 per adult. For a family to see this would be excluding expensive. Also they could really do with narration behind the videos as they where fine but unless you knew the history of Carlisle and the wall it would have made little sense.

Review of 8.00 pm - Carlisle City Of Lights: Hadrian’s Wall 1900
The first part at the Cathedral and video was good. The music was good and atmospheric. We feel that it could have helped to have some words/names through the ages as we were guessing as to who they all were.
We then moved on to the castle. Bearing in mind that we bought the tickets in 30 min slots, we were made to wait on the pavement in the rain for about 15 minutes whilst the group before us finished. I don't understand why the organisers couldn't get the timings right so we didn't have to wait??
The second lot of video was very difficult to see and was nowhere near as informative and entertaining as the first one. The music was also way too loud, even if you stood right back.
It was an OK start, but ruined by the delay and the second part I'm afraid
Thanks

Rip off not worth the money two boring videos. Light show was was poor or lack of it. Spent more time waiting in the middle of it all. Not worth £15 for adult and kid
