We love the castle, the setting is amazing for this type of event.
Needs more of the same, bit more time in the venue. Was expecting much more scares tbh.

Brilliant night out, actors were fantastic.

After queuing for over an hour. The actual event last less than 20minutes & was not scary in the slightest.
Poor show in the background of what could be a wonderful event.

Badly run all round considering time slots were allocated.

Was it greed with over booking? Not impressed & expensive for what it was.

Event cost us £60 and from the videos looked amazing... Booked a 8.30pm slot and arrived at 8 for food ... Car park is a shambles and cost £3. We were then greeted by a massive queue but were advised to go to the food court as we were early (which is fair) went to the food which was outlandishly expensive as with the drink, with zero atmosphere for a Halloween event on a Saturday evening. We ate and rejoined the queue to get into the event at 8.20... we didnot get into the castle until 9.15/20.... Utterly ridiculous. Once inside we were put in a group of 10 and told to follow the path. Eventually after the first part which was exciting we were greeted at a gate and stopped as anothwr group was stopped in the next area... By the time we got through the gate another group had caught up and were tagged onto our group. This utterly ruined the experience as there was no surprises as there were that Many people the scores couldn't manage it. The online videos are entirely different standard to what we experienced. We were super excited to get to the event and left utterly frustrated and disappointed. No value for money and was more of a comedy show than a horror. Hugely disappointed and annoyed I parted with the best part of £90. Would not recommend at all

We were booked in for 20:45 and didn’t get in until after 22:00. It was so overbooked we were bumping into other groups around the course. It was very rushed and was in there for about 15 minutes because we were rushed out of every room. Very disappointed with this especially when it is so expensive.

Overpriced, I would have expected the experience to have lasted a lot longer. The performance the actors gave was great along with the interaction but it was over far to quickly. The queue could have been managed a lot better aswell. People paying the cheaper rate but getting in on the later experience which cost more!

Brilliant night, lots of jump scares, setting was amazing, actors were brilliant. Vendors very over priced for what you got. But the experience itself was great.

The venue was amazing for the experience but sadly we went late at night and felt like it was rushed and like the actors had enough. We only had 2 jump scares throughout the whole experience. Definitely recommend going sooner.. we feel that it was way overpriced for our experience.

We came as a group of 14 of mixed ages from 11 - 49 we all thoroughly enjoyed it.
Gwrych Castle is stunning and a perfect place to host an event like this. The actors were really good, make up and costumes very well done. Definitely would go again…and maybe I’ll scream less 😊

It was okay but the price was very steep for what you got. We went as a group of 5 and i liked that you got a free ticket if you went as a group. For £30 we were expecting the food to be included in that price but unfortunately it was not. The walk through itself was okay, the actors were brilliant but it was very short and not much to it. We were expecting a lot more jump scares, it to be a little darker and to actually see this red witch that they kept talking about, but instead there was neon lights and we never got to see this red witch and as we thought there was going to be more we then got to the end and the atmosphere was just dead. We waited in the que longer then we got to experience the walkthrough.
