I wasn’t expecting the experience to be as amazing as it was! The characters were fantastic, as was the castle in its decor and lights. Loved every moment and will book again for next year.

The event was really good but the people selling the food ripped us of and then pretended to not speak English when we tried to explain they had charged to much and it was not pennies reported it to security but no one was interested put a dampener on the evening

A fantastic event!!

Great for adults arriving after dark. Poor for families attending the early "family friendly" sessions as they were still setting up so gates not open on arrival, no live music after walk through until later, funfair not working (obviously aimed at young children) and just a couple of fairgroud games.

Excellent event, amazing location which made for the spookiness of it all! Wasn't as scary as expected, but it was a really good night, and I appreciated how much time and effort all the staff put in to decorate, the effects, costumes etc. Really good story to it as well. This event really has some potential, if it comes back next year!!

Great Halloween activity, we loved it. Very well planned and prepared. You go round in smaller groups and gives you a chance to experience every space. In my view is only suitable for older children, over 10 years old

Loved it, however they used the garden last year which made it a bit longer. Missed the fireworks this year too.
Food was very poor though and expensive. I threw my Greek chicken wrap in the bin. Loved the hocus-pocus film 🧙

Castle looked amazing and the detail and costumes and actors were amazing but it needed to be scarier with more jump scares as my 14 yrar old son enjoyed it but wasnt scared at all and was looking forward to getting scared

Good for family fun. Went at dusk. Lots of work has gone into it - kudos to all the actors especially the red witch. Thanks also to the friar for the pics and showing concern for my tendonitis. Underneath the shouty persona, he's a total sweetie. The castle is an awesome setting and the kids enjoyed themselves. Not sure the narrative/ending work that well but for chutzpah/effort alone, well done. It is dear for what it is but as a one-off experience, it didn't feel extortionate and the actors were all fab. Thanks again x

The only reason I didn’t give 5stars for value was due to when booking online, although it was one booking for four guest we were charged 4 times booking fee. I don’t think that is right. If I had booked for 2 guests and then addd 2more guest afterwards then I would expect 2lots off booking fee but to charge for all 4 on the same booking is not right. That was the only negative for a wonderful experience and all the staff were very professional from the stewards to the actors.
