My son & his wife used my tickets. They had an amazing time. My son said it's the best spooky event he's been too. He'll definitely be attending again next year.

Great experience. Was super scared and the children aged 11 and 13 loved it. Great atmosphere and loved the I’m a celebrity shop too. Would highly recommend.

If you want to get assaulted by their staff and thrown to the ground like my wife was and now has a sprained ankle, smashed phone and badly bruised knee then go for it, we are now being ignored by them so next stop is to take you to court once we have reported this assault to the Police.

Great for families, I would go again to later adults showing, as there was a young boy with his parents in our group who was quite upset and I feel ruined our experience a bit.

Overall could be improved! Food vendors very expensive and food cold. Had to stop and queue half way through experience. Was unclear on what the story was being told and where to go throughout the scare fest. Okay but could be better

This was enjoyable but very short. The event only took about 35 minutes or so. In my opinion it was too expensive when you take into consideration that the tickets were £20 each with a £4.50 booking fee and 50p handling costs. There was then a £3.50 charge to park your car which was a rip off. The people running the event give it their all and it is good fun but we did expect it to last longer. It is worth a visit but perhaps at a lower cost. Needless to say that Gwrych Castle is a stunning location.

Was expecting more of a scare factor not even the 10 year old jumped, make up and staff were brill but needs more work to make it spooky
