We drove over 1.15 hours to head to the castle & had great expectations for this event but sadly we were a bit disappointed. The venue & setting was great but the whole event & experience was a bit flat. Personally I wouldn’t have charged £3 for parking but that’s no big one,
I personally could have organised the event better if I’m honest , as I have experience in this kind of thing. The event needed more actors & it also needed to be longer, maybe the use of more castle needed ? as it was over before it began. The guy at the end asked how was it so I was honest with him. He then let us go through again. Would I return again , sadly no. But what I do know is, if I ran the event I could triple the numbers you got.

Groups were too large, by the time the performers had scared the front of the group we already knew what was coming. Groups of 4-6 would have been much better. We was in a group of 10 and at the back so was basically just watching everyone enjoy the experience, also frustrating being made to pay for parking which wasn’t stated anywhere. Staff were rude when it was questioned. Amazing venue which I have given 5 stars. Just everything else let it down

Great time. Good fun and hosts were great.

The walkthrough itself was really good, took half an hour and actors were creepy. There wasn’t a great deal of story and mostly jump scares though the dark corridor with smoke was scary to walk through as the wall was the only guide. Food, games and cinema as you come out of the castle.
I only have 2 gripes: 1) when booking we could pick time slots, I picked 7pm but had to queue for 40 mins to go in as people were let into the castle in 2-5S so the time slots didn’t really mean anything.
2) the parking was a bit hodgepodge where cars were placed so it was tight to get in and out, only one person supervising the whole carpark and the exit was unclear.

A fantastic event .the best event ever to be in North Wales .truly frightening .well organised .absolutely Amasing from start to finish .please .could I be notified of future events with this company .massive well done to the actors .incredibly life like in their fear factor .

Really well done Haloween experience. Took my daughter and 2 grandchildren 10 & 13. Three generations had a great time. Must have been 30ish actors inside the castle portraying the storyline.

Not much there!! Only lasted 20 mins ( for nearly £50 for myself and my daughter) parking was really awful too!! Very disappointed 😓😓

We were in a group of 11 at the back so every room we got ushered to the talking had already started so missed what was being said, didn’t find anything scary and had a time slot of 830 but still queued for about 45 mins

Great night. Very scary. Well put together. Would definitely recommend. Only downside was the carpark a nightmare attendant squeezing cars to close to each other. Then you had to pay for parking. The food and drinks were off the scale very very expensive no need with the amount of people attending. Shame. We ended up at local takeaway a lot cheaper!

Read loads of reviews before attending this event and was almost put off going but let me tell you what a brilliant experience it was for me and my daughters who are in their early teens. The whole experience was top notch. Was lucky enough to be accompanied by a friend who easily gets scared, it was great, really fun, didn't stop laughing throughout. The setup was as good as the actors playing their part. Not too scripted. Just an amazing overall experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Well done!!

It was good fun but the experience and food was overpriced. We booked for 7:30pm but ended up queuing for an hour to go in and we didn’t start til 8:30pm.
