Lots of space but the queues were insane. Queued to get in, get out, get food and even just to get to a space to watch the fireworks. The actual fireworks were fab but with small children it felt too crowded and a little scary when packed in huge bustling queues.

No clear information as to the time the fireworks started. Heard rumours of 8 or 8.30pm. Was meant to be 9pm initially then brought forward. In fact they started at 7.45pm with no prior announcement. No one checking tick*ts at the door. Tick*ts were advertised as £8 for adults and £5 for children. Ended up paying £14 and £9.60 respectively which is a rip off. No queueing system at the bar which had run out of beer by 7.30pm. Loads of lights everywhere and the fairground rides didn't stop running during the fireworks so there was zero atmosphere for the main event. No lights in the loos whatsoever on the other hand so good luck trying to aim in the pitch black! And no toilet paper either of course. Definitely wouldn't recommend and won't be going back!

Over crowded, no lights by exit to actually see the floor.
Lovely staff and security. Well laid out however needs to have (example) zigzag que lines for the food stalls As they would reach across the full field in a line.. having the food stalls spread at different ends would have been ideal.
Music wasn't to bad didn't need that big of a stage. Maybe having a few local bands would be a cool idea.
Expected to be expensive (stalls) wasn't alot there to be open at 4pm and not for fireworks to start hours later. Stood around for ages.
Fireworks weren't even 15minutes long. But display was nice.
Face painting would have been a nice idea for the kids.
Needs to be a better system of getting around as with a pram was difficult when there was so many people. Maybe a line around the outside or down the middle where staff would make you keep walking and not let you stand still. (Only for walking) took me 20mins to get to the loo's. (Loos where in a good state and area)

Lack of parking for event that size
No room to move
Minimal rides /venders
No announcement for fireworks
No scanning tick*ts
Didn't see any stewards during event
Few bins mess everywhere
Will not recommend wont be returning
Had to ring the proriry to get a email address to complain about the shambles of an event which wasn't clearly thought about or managed correctly.

Terribly organised. One beer tent with 4 people working it (my local had more staff). The queue for the food hut and the beer tent were so long they met and passed in the middle. We were also told they had run out of food and drink by 7:40. NO bonfire (it's bonfire night!!!) We were told fireworks were at 8:30, they were displayed them at 7:50 (for an about 7 minutes). Fortunately by then we had left (along with thousands of others). A waste of time and money. Do your research. Restrict tick*t sales or put sufficient stalls etc in place (one fairground ride!!!🙄). I'm sure it's just about making money for you but a lot of these people rely on good entertainment, especially those with kids, and it's a lot of money for a family. I can rest in the knowledge you'll get thousands of reviews like this so hopefully you'll pass the baton to a team that can handle it. I would ask for a refund but that won't help pay for your holidays so I'll not bother. Overall, no stars!

Over sold queued for the whole time to get a drink then the fire works started so we either had to miss that or get a drink! We paid £37 to see not even 10 minutes of fireworks!

Very over subscribed. Not enough food stalls, no seating, picknic benches all piled up behind fencing which could have been used. For anyone with a disability this venue was a no go. Uneven pathways at entrance & exit & not lit. On the plus point the fireworks were good. I would not recommend this venue & would not attend again
